Pancreatic Cancer Imaging: Which Method?
Abstract
Pancreatic cancer is the 10th most commonmalignancy and the 4th largest cancer killer inadults. Surgery offers the only chance ofcuring these patients. Complete surgicalresection is associated with a 5-year survivalrate of between 20 and 30%.The challenge is how to best select thosepatients for curative surgery.
